Convenient. Priceline price was very reasonable; nice breakfast, nice pool setting.

Outdated decor; old fashioned AC was noisy and not comfortable; bed was not comfortable.

Quaint, somewhat vintage motel in the heart of town. Situated on the boat canal with a walkway to Lake Michigan. Parking at your door and all the amenities you would expect. Wonderful location on the waterway and next to beach area, clean motel, breakfast is basic, and the employees were helpful.

The location was convenient to downtown.

This hotel was old and not kept well. There was hair in the bathroom and the bedding was stained. The ceiling is made from cement blocks.

This hotel is much overpriced for what it is. It is the size and quality of an old super 8 motel with a holiday inn price. The rooms are not cleaned well. The paint is chipping off of the doors and it just looks dirty inside. I was not impressed. ...read more

Room was spacious and clean.

We were on 2nd floor and no elevator-outdoor entry.

This hotel is right on the channel that leads to Lake Michigan. When eating at the Weathervane Restaurant you can get a great view of the boats coming and going and also the draw bridge. The hotel room was spacious, clean and our room had a mini refrigerator, sink and microwave. It's located right in Downtown Charlevoix so you can walk anywhere in town. The exterior architecture was very unique. Lots of field stone used. Looked like a castle. The fireplaces were very neat!

Some of the common areas were not as clean as expected. The continental breakfast could have used more offerings.
